    Demand → Supply Map

IVF & Reproductive Medicine Supplier Map

The fertility pipeline is moving into four new outsourcing demand pools. This map shows the products in development, the exact CRO / CDMO / diagnostic capabilities each one needs to reach the clinic — and links every manufacturing need to real CDMOs already in our directory.

Most directories list suppliers and stop. This is a demand-side map: we start from what the IVF pipeline is actually trying to build, decompose each product into the capabilities it requires, then bridge that demand straight to supply. Nobody else does demand→supply mapping for reproductive medicine.

Four new IVF outsourcing demand pools

Where the fertility market is creating new, outsourceable development work.

    💊

    Implantation improvement

Oral non-hormonal drugs and uterine-receptivity products that raise pregnancy and live-birth rates.

    🧬

    Lab-based fertility biology

Ex vivo egg maturation and cell-based ovarian support — moving biology out of the body and into the lab.

    🤖

    Digital IVF

AI embryo selection and IVF lab automation, validated against pregnancy and live-birth outcomes.

    🔬

    Reproductive diagnostics

Non-invasive PGT-A, cfDNA, embryo culture-media testing, and molecular assay validation.

The IVF pipeline — and what each product needs to outsource

For each product we show the development profile, then map every required manufacturing capability to a real directory facet with its live CDMO count. Click a capability to see the CDMOs that offer it.

The implantation-drug wave (OXO-001, Nolasiban) leans on the directory's deepest pools — 418 small-molecule API and 321 oral-solid-dose CDMOs. Supply here is abundant.

    The hormone and luteal-support products (QL1012, Progesterone-IBSA) converge on sterile fill/finish (274) — a well-covered but quality-sensitive bottleneck.

The lab-biology frontier (Fertilo) needs cell-therapy GMP capacity, where supply is thinnest (93–94 CDMOs) — the highest-value matchmaking opportunity.

    Where CDMO Hub expands next

The manufacturing side of this pipeline maps cleanly to the directory today. The clinical, diagnostic, and digital sides do not — yet. That is roadmap, not weakness.

    Roadmap

    Reproductive-medicine CROs

IVF clinical-trial sites, reproductive-endocrinology networks, embryology labs, PK/PD and reproductive-tox partners. Every drug product above needs them; none are in the directory yet.

    Roadmap

    Diagnostics & oligo manufacturing

NGS assay development, cfDNA extraction, oligonucleotide/reagent manufacturing, PCR/NGS kit components and QC controls — the supply base behind non-invasive PGT-A.

    Roadmap

    AI-validation & SaMD partners

AI model validation, IVF image datasets, medical-software QA, SaMD regulatory, cybersecurity and cloud hosting — the service layer behind AI embryo selection.

    Roadmap

    Reproductive regulatory specialists

Regulatory affairs and registry specialists focused on fertility products and reproductive endpoints, to round out a full demand→supply map for the modality.

† Accuracy disclaimer. Clinical stages and recent results shown above are drawn from public sources and an internal pipeline document. All clinical stages are pending trial-registry verification before any external publication. Directory figures reflect CDMO Hub directory data as of the most recent enrichment pass (2,358 CDMOs; ~1,626 enriched profiles; 3,652 facilities). There is no "reproductive medicine" therapeutic-area facet in the directory yet — this map links by capability, not by therapeutic area.
